Ganduje Renames Kano Varsity, KUST After Dangote
AREWA AGENDA – Kano State Government during the weekend renamed Kano State University of Science and Technology (KUST), Wudil after Nigerian born richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote.

A statement by the state Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba that was made available to the Newsmen explained that the development was sequel to the recommendation by the university’s visitation Panel.
Malam Garba in the statement said “henceforth the institution is now to be called Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUST), Wudil.”
He stated that the approval has been transmitted to the state House.
