FEC approves N13bn Group Insurance Fee to Cover 318,319 Police Officers
AREWA AGENDA – The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the sum of N13.3 billion for the provision of group life assurance scheme for the Nigerian Police Force (NPF).

Alhaji Maigari Dingyadi, Minister of Police Affairs revealed this on Wednesday while briefing State House correspondents after the council’s meeting presided by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He said the scheme would cover 318,319 police officers and men for the year 2022-2023.
He said the essence of the group life assurance scheme was to encourage the police officers and men who have been working hard to ensure the security of lives and property across the country.
