The Borno State Scholarship Board has opened its portal for applications by students in tertiary institutions to enrol for 2022/23 and 2023/24 scholarship.
Confirming the development to News Agency of Nigeria in Maiduguri, the Executive Secretary of the board, Mallam Bala Isa, said the portal opened on Sep.14, and would be closed on Oct. 14.
