New Kano Police Commissioner Muhammad Yakubu Assumes Duty for Elections
… As CP Mamman Dauda redeployed to Plateau State Police Command for the 2023 General Election
AREWA AGENDA – The Kano State Police Command announced the assumption of duty of CP Muhammad Yakubu as the State Commissioner of Police, Kano State Command while CP Mamman Dauda has been posted to Plateau State Police Command for the 2023 General Election.

In a statement signed by Kano Police Public Relation Officer, SP Haruna Abdullahi Kiyawa on Tuesday late night said CP Muhammad Yakubu can be reached on 09121461323.
He further noted that, CP Ita Lazurus Uko-Udom is posted to Kano Central Senatorial District while DCP Adamu Isa Ngoji and DCP Abdulkadir El-Jamal are posted to Kano South Senatorial District and DCP Abaniwonda S. Olufemi is posted to Kano North Senatorial District for the 2023 General Election.

We, therefore, solicit the cooperation of all as we are committed to ensuring a free, fair, credible, transparent and successful 2023 General Election. Thank you and God bless.” the PPRO said
