Information Staff Honours Kano Head Of Service, Usman Bala
AREWA AGENDA – The Kano State Commissioner of Information Malam Muhammad Garba has said State Civil Service will greatly benefit from the vast knowledge and experience of the Head of Service and acting Chief of Staff to the State Governor, Alhaji Usman Bala Muhammad..
Malam Muhammad Garba said being working with him at different times since 1999 we knew he is somebody with acumen administrative knowledge, transparent in undertaking any assigned responsibilities and the civil service will creditably superintend over the onerous responsibilities of safeguarding the status quo of the public service.
The State Commissioner of Information made the observation at the dinner in honour of the Head of Service by the staff of the ministry of information on Usman Bala’s appointment held at Tahir Guest place.

According to him as he settles down to face the challenges of his new assignment, the staff of the ministry and other compatriots who have had the privilege of an official and personal relationship with Usman Bala Muhammad, remain confident, he is a man of substance whose administrative acumen is worthy of emulation especially his eyes for details and excellence.
Malam Muhammad Garba added that, no period of time in the history of the staff of the ministry of information their Carrier programion like in the Ganduje’s administration where the ministry have three permanent Secretaries, 13 directors unlike before where most of the staff of the ministry retire at GL 14-15 and still expect more with Alhaji Usman Bala Muhammad as Head of Service and acting Chief of Staff to the governor.
Also speaking at the event the permanent Secretary in the state ministry of local government Alhaji Sagagi said In this capacity, he has been able to redefine work ethics with an eye on the yearnings and aspirations of the workforce. This is what makes him the toast of every civil servant in the state.
He is a man of valour who cherishes excellence and can hold his own among his peers. As a matter of fact, he is a man of substance whose administrative acumen is worthy of emulation especially his eyes for detail and excellence
