YLS2024: NGO Organizes First Young Leaders Summit in Kano
A Non-govermental Organization, under the aegis of Axis Kano, with support from other partners on Saturday organized a maiden Young Leaders Summit 2024 in Kano state.
The summit which was themed ‘Empowering Tomorrow Leaders and Unlocking Potential, Inspiring Action, was held at Khalifa Isyaka Rabiu University (KHAIRUN).
While speaking, the convener Auwal Adam Sansan of the summit and founder
of Skill Axis Kano told newsmen that the summit was targeted unlockingg young minds in reaching their full potential and inspire action.

According to him, the needs for youth to build their capacity, establish networks with like-minded peers,increase their educational, professional qualifications and lastly have a mentor to guard though success are very imperative.
He added that the summit is free, while similar summits in other regions in country usually require the entry fee of N200,000 for attendance.
Awwal Hinted this the first of its kind in Kano and more are underway, reiterating that the summit has come to stay and will be organized annually. He then assured that the summit would also be hosted in Jigawa, Katsina, FCT-Abuja, and the entire northern region.
