Tsangaya reforms CHR enroll 13 Almajiri to school in Kano
The Community Health and Research Initiatives (CHR) has intervened by sending13 Almajiri children to school in Kwalli Municipal LGA of Kano State.
The founder of Mufarka youth Development Initiative Barrister Nura Ahmad Muhammad disclose this during an overview of Community Health Research initiative of tsangaya reform In 2019.
He said ,CHR intervention to tsangaya schools has made some of the Almajiris to have more passion on westhern Education within their colleagues in the school.
However, the 13 numbers of Almajiris students including youth were still at the public schools and doing better in their Academic career.

The Founder friends of the Community Organization(FOCO) Malam Hassan Ibrahim Gama added that, this is one of the major way of bridging the gaps of number of out school children in the society. “it can serve as a method of eradicating poverty, harmfull traditional practice and norms that has been in the region for many decades”
The program officer at Community Health Research initiative Malam Jalo Suleiman stated that, reviving the previous Almajiri reform intervention has successfully recorded the enrollment of thirteen (13) Almajiris toTsangayar school in various part of the state.
He said this intervention can go a long way by increasement of numbers to voluntary enrollment of the Almajiris as a result of awareness creation and support. “CHR over the years is at the forefront in time of support not only to Almajiri children but, also to teaching staff with a monthly allowance”
While, Highlighting the core intention of CHR he said. ” we have intention not to limit this intervention to only metropolitan but, to the entire the 4 emirate councils in the state” he added
It was recalled that CHR intervention on Almajiri reform is to ensure all children are not left behind when it comes to Education and health.
