Still on Dangote vs BUA Trade War and Ganduje’s Intervention

This writing said it several times that economy is the live wire of a nation’s or global existence. Likewise it is the live wire of family’s existence anywhere around the world. Without economic development in a nation or for an individuals; life will be a mirage.
For example the trade war between USA and China between 2016 to 2020 under the leadership of Donald Trump’s Government and that of President of China was not a story rather, that has been a history for the current and future experts to analyze for the benefit of future generations and Leadership to learn all-over the world. The two nation’s trade war perplexed and shooked the world economy. And still there are after shock crunching the world economic development.
The trade war between the two Giants of our economic time in Nigeria both of them from Kano State; Aliko Dangote and Abdulsamadu Isyaka Rabi’u, both of them among the richest men in Africa and the world. The trade war between Dangote Group and BUA Group was as a result of month of Ramadan approaching of which there are high demand of essential commodities such as sugar, rice, flour and so on. And the two economic giants plunged into trade war with a view to take a lead in terms of market manipulation.

The Chairman of BUA Group warned their dealers not to increase the price of any of it’s commodity and whoever goes contrary to that his dealership be revoked from the company. Some of the economic experts view this as a marketing strategy to manipulate the market activities in the country. On the other hand the Chairman of Dangote Group lodged a complaint with the Federal Ministry of Trade to punish the BUA Group for violating some rules of the Ministry.
For those reasons mentioned above His Excellency the Governor of Kano State Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje (OFR and Khadimul Islam) and some elders and economic stakeholders decided to intervene, mediate and reconcile the two State’s indigine for the benefit of the people and the nation’s economic interplay.
This is a very excellent intention and commendable effort of H/E Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as a leader that leads by example to resolve the trade war of the two economic giants. The two great business men have thousands of employees under their companies and reconciliation will benefit the people of the nation.
Knowing the importance of economic interplay and development in a nation, Dr. Ganduje (OFR) took it as duty bound to reconcile the two economic giants of our country. Kudos to H/E Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for the good attention to ensure positive economic activities in the country.
