Ribadu’s Daughter Reacts to Controversy Over Wedding Dress
AREWA AGENDA – Fatima Ribadu, daughter of former Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC boss, Nuhu Ribadu, has apologised for the controversy her wedding outfit had generated.
In a post on her Instagram page titi.nr, Fatima stated that the photos which had generated the stir was not only taken inside their home and shared on social media, but the under dress which was brownish, was mistaken for her skin and a delibrate act to expose her body.

“This is an action which I sincerely regret, I apologise to my friends and family for this mistake and want to sincerely thank everybody that have risen to my defense.”
While reiterating that she would never deliberately expose her body, Fatima said, “However, I accept responsibility for causing my family and well wishers this dismay and will learn from this going forward.”
Recall that Fatima Ribadu and Aliyu Atiku Abubakar son of former vice president Atiku Abubakar got married on Saturday.
However, her wedding outfit generated alot of furore on the social media especially by those who believed she had exposed her body.
