On Boko Haram Network: A Rejoinder to Bulama Bukarti’s BBC Interview and Fate of Northerners

AREWA AGENDA – I wish to Start by taking My  Frowns at “Barrister Bulāma Bukarti” (a Thwarted Strategic Security Analyst) to what i watched over his 5-Minutes BBC Hausa Interview in which he Naively Analysis Bõko Harām’s “Communication Networking” especially their Knowhow in Condensing their News and Information to the World.

Bukarti seemingly believes that the Terrorists Group have to Move Places (with Networks and Services) before they Send Messages for the News Media across the Globe.

Actually that was a “Silly Assumption” of the Communication Advancement of the Terror Organisation, thus Underestimating their Balanced Potentials. In fact according to Some Authentic Sources, Group of Individuals (Believed to be Medics and Aid Workers) were able to be into the Heart of The “Sambisa Forest”  being Accompanied by the Nigerian Army have Amazingly Signed the Availability of Internet Services when Few Chaps decided to Switch their “Wi-Fi” only to Surprisingly found it Perfectly Working. That’s the Point I’m trying to make which i hope Bukarti will look into and not to Misplaced Matters Whenever he Charged to Analyse Issues.

Now the Changing and Challenging Tides of how “Insecurity” has Ravaged and Ransacked the Lives and Properties of Millions of People in “Northern Nigeria”(The Blessed Arēwa) has Reached Alarming and Disproportionate Rates in the Year “2020”, a Year in which the Universe is Condensed into Chains of Upheavals that have Compounded Problems Upon Nations across the Globe.

From Bõko Harām Insurgency to Armed Banditry, from Kidnappings to Highway Robbery, from Cultists Activities to Official Corruption, from Social Decadence to Religious Misgivings, from Hunger to Famine and Poverty; These are Sets of Uncontrollable Conditions that have begun to Change the Mindset of every Northerner Today as Per the Unleashed Responsibility of the Federal Government to Discharge those Burdens of the Entire Peoples of the Vast Republic.

The Failure of any Government to Accord the Necessary Protection of its Citizens Often Results to Very Terrible Consequences which at the End Caused  the Total Collapse of the Machinery of Governance as a Whole.

In Syria when the Regime Failed in its Obligation of Protecting the Country and its Citizenry from the Attacks of _”ISIS”_ and other Terrorist Organisations Operating across the Country, The Indecisive Peoples of Syria, in Villages, Towns and Cities find no Option than to “Enlist” with any Strong Warring Faction available on Ground in order to Escape being Victims Caught in “Crossfire” between Government and Opposition Forces.

In Iraq, the Several Militias Formed were all Terrorists Affiliated Groups who Later Fought Iraqi Government Forces who are working with the Americans Occupying their Fatherland.

Interestingly almost those Vulnerable Peoples of Syria and Iraq whom their Governments Couldn’t Protect, and who Declared their “Solemn Allegiance” to ISIS and other Opposition Groups Came from both the “Sūfis and Salafis” as United Forces against Assad’s and Iraqi Regimes. That is exactly why despite all Efforts by the Combined Powers of the “Allied Forces” with the Cooperation of the “Russians” could not Put those Burning Fires Out for all these Years.

Thus, the Situation got out of Control, where neither the United States nor its Allies Coupled with the Technical Involvement of the Russians could Stand a Chance in Dealing with the Situation, Militarily and Diplomatically.

In fact the Nature of Negligence on the Part of a Legitimate Government to Protect its Countrymen always tends to Ignite an Unprecedented and Unexpected Status Quo almost Similar in Magnitude to “Cessation”, because the Common Citizens would Under Such Circumstances and Conditions be left with no Option but to explore Ways to Emancipate themselves from whatever they Believe will remain Detrimental to their Entities on all Fronts.

That is what was Obtained in Iraq , this is what happened in Syria, Somalia and this is exactly what is Right Now going On in Libya. The Ordinary Citizen in all those Countries Remains Unprotected by those he has expected to Protect him, and therefore he becomes Forced Unconditionally to thence Succumbed to what he deems worthy.

The Truth about the Federal  Government Negligently Selling out Northern Nigeria to Vulnerability, living the “Dan-Arēwa” to the Fateful Decisions of Bõko Harām, Armed Bandits and Kidnappers is Definite to Yield an Amazing Outcome. The “Two-Way-Option”, either to Take Up Arms against the State Independently, or Declare their Unprepared Allegiance to “Abūbakar Shēkāu” whom they have to Join to Save their Skins.

The Time is indeed “Nigh”, (Rarely Close) because of the Selfish Failure of the Government to Govern Well, taking to the Task of Maintaining the Northerners, hence therefore they (the Northerners) deem it Right at the End to do what they Believe will Salvage them.

Bõko Harām Leadership at the End, in fact due to their “11 Years” Demoralised Status, neither Winning a Perfect Victory against the Sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, nor Woefully being Vanquished by the Nigerian Army, hence will have to find a Lasting Solution if Northerners will Decide to Join their Group. And instantly the Possibility of Creating a Unified Force against all Political Exigencies and Systems will begin to Surface. This Status Quo which is “Definite” to Signal will Mean the Total Integration of the Bõko Harām Bastards Back into the Cosmopolitan they Once Deserted and Fought, they will all Regroup into Nigeria alongside New Faces and Forces.

The Question of “War Crime Charges” over the Many Years Atrocities of the Bõko Harām Fighters will be Laid to Rest because the Federation has Failed its own People. The Struggle for Democratic Process for the Rebirth of a New Nigeria will Show Up. The American Democracy will Shrink and there will be No More Talks about “2023”, the Expected Year of Political Scrambling ever in History of Nigeria as a Sovereign State when those Selfishness, Self-Centred Egocentric Politicians will Massively Come Back Home to Roost.

Without Doubt, “Northern Nigeria” will Appear a New Federal Republic, not even a Dichotomy “Region” of the Colonial Days when “Late Sir Ahmadu Bello” was it’s Premier. The Government will Solely be Controlled by Hooligans, neither Religiously Perfect Leaders, because the Bloodshed Mentality of the  Old Sambisa Boys will not Easier Fade Away to Prepare them for a Viable Responsibility towards Real Running of a Functioning Government, nor the Ignorance of What a Government is, (for they are Naive and Immoral to Rule Well) will Produce a Free Democratic Society.

When this Will happen, unlike “Alh. Bashīr Tõfa’s”  Satirical Predictions of a “Rwandan Stereotype Episode”, where all the “Barāwos” (Thieves and their Families) whose Corruptions have left Northern Nigeria to the Primitive Level it is Right at this Very Moment will Attain “Martyrdom” at the Altars of The “New Northern Nigerian” Government Under Unpredictable Anarchy.

Who knows what the Federal Republic of Nigeria will look like if those Thousands of “Biafran Youths” who Recently Converged (most likely this Very December 2020) on a 5-Minutes Video in an Unknown Place in one of The Thick Forests of the “South-East” will equally decide to Strike.

Only the Almighty Allah (SWT) knows what lays in the Morrow, but the Tunnel is Unpredictably Dark for anyone to See a Brimful Light at its End, for Nigeria was Condemned by its own Children who Came to Power for their Filthy Personal Interest.

May Every “Dan-Arēwa” (Northerner) remain Guided and Protected by the Omnipotent God.

Longing and Praying that President Muhammadu Buhāri’s Birthday Anniversary in this “Dreadful 2020” will Change Many Unhealthy Ways of the Federal Government for a Better Nigeria to All and Sundry including the “Vulnerable North”.
