2024 Hajj: Muslim Pilgrims Urged to make Deposit of N2.5m
Muslim pilgrimage have been directed to pay the sum of N2.5m ahead of next year hajj.
This was contained in a press statement signed by the public relations Officer of the agency,Yunusa Muhammed Abdullahi.
Abdullahi said the Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Yusuf Yakubu Arrigassiyu who. gave the advice on Wednesday, further advised them to pay an additional N4.5million by 31 December.

According to him, these deposits should be made pending the announcement of Hajj fares by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
He said Executive Secretary who briefed reporters in his office, also counseled intending pilgrims to present themselves physically at the various registration centres across the state because registration by proxy will not be allowed.
Dr Arrigassiyu also called on the registration officers to give priority to first time intending pilgrims during the exercise.
