Estranged Kyari, Mongonu attend FEC meeting in Villa
NEWS DIGEST–President Muhammadu Buhari and members of his cabinet are holding a meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
The FEC meeting holds every Wednesday.
It is taking place at the Executive Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo is also attending the meeting.

The National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.), and the Chief of Staff to the President, Mr Abba Kyari, are also attending the meeting.
However, on entering the council chambers, Mungono first sat two seats away from Kyari. But, he later moved closer to Kyari, after the CoS beckoned on him to move closer to his seat, leaving only one seat in between the two.
The seat in between the two is for the Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs Folasade Yemi-Esan.
Recall that Mungono did not attend last week’s FEC meeting, coming just days after a memo he wrote complaining that Kyari interfered with security decisions, was leaked online.
