Katsina Rise Against Bandits, Kill One, Retrieve Livestocks
People of Sabon Garin Nasarawa village of Danmusa Local Government Area of Katsina have confronted some armed bandits that attacked their community in the early hours of Tuesday.
According to reports by Taskar Labarai, a Hausa online tabloid, the armed bandits in their numbers on motorcycles stormed the community around 12:30am on Tuesday and carted away animals, food stuff and other valuables.

But when the bandits thought they were having a free ride in the community unleashing all sorts of atrocities, some courageous youths spread and surrounded the community in farms and planed for an ambush.
Reports has it that the community members succeeded in killing one of the bandits and rescued their rustled animals.
However, the encounter did not end without a casualty on the side of the people as the bandits killed one of the villagers and injured another person who is currently receiving medical attention in the hospital.
