Katsina State Government state says it has developed a blueprint on education in order to provide quality education to the people of the state.
Governor Dikko Umar Radda made this known during the award presentation to important personalities that made significant role to the development of Dutsinma held at Isa Kaita College of education Dutsinma, Katsina.
The governor represented by the state head of Service, Alhaji Usman Isiyaku said three Special secondary secondary schools would be build in three senatorial zones of the state to serve as pilot scheme for science teachers.
Radda further explained that teachers are to be recruited to bridge the gaps in teaching and learning process across the state, adding that, students were carefully selected and sponsored to study sciences abroad.
The Governor also advocate for unity among forums, unions and associations in the in order to have a single and common objective as as to become strong and reliable.
He advocate for political office holders and those in position of authority in the three tiers of government to fear Almighty God in the discharge of their Primary responsibilities and called on followers to intensify prayers for their to deliver and succeed in their assignments.

Earlier Speaking, the Yandakan Katsina District Head of Dutsinma, Alhaji Sada Muhammad Sada appealed to people of his domain to always unite themselves without any faction for the development of Dutsinma local government area, katsina State and the country at large.
He commended the effort of Dutsinma Development Forum for organizing the event and urged others to borrow leaf from them.
In his welcome address, the Chairman of the forum and also executive Chairman Katsina State Health Services Management Board, Dr As Sabiu liyadi said the association was formed about forty years back when members were students.
Similarly, in his closing remark, the Chairman organizing committee of the forum, Alhaji Shehun Ishiye Chigarin Bakori said the forum has tried to organize and Carey every association along through meetings, training and other issues for the development of Dutsinma local and beyond.
He added that, the forum paid scholarship to Many indigenes of the local government as well as sponsoring many teachers to teach in various primary and secondary schools.
Highlight of the event was the presentation of meritorious award to some selected indigenes of the state whose contribute their quota toward the development of the area.
Among the deginatories are the former governor of katsina State Barrister Ibrahim Shehu Shema, Alhaji Shehu Ishiye Chigarin Bakori, Dr Sabiu Liyadi, Staff Sergeant Nasiru Bala, among others.
