Kano residents salute Ganduje for removal of illegal structures
AREWA AGENDA – The residents of Kundila Housing Estate Residents phase II and III, Zaria Road have extended their profound gratitude and elation to Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for a quick response to some complaints tabled before him by the dwellers.
In a statement of appreciation that was made available to PRIME TIME NEWS by the residents of the estate on Tuesday, explained that illegal structures were erected in the midst of the estate which blocked rainwater passage and access to passerby roads. Thus, compelling the management to table a complaint about the illegal structure.

According to the residents, “The chairman used his wisdom and good leadership skills to avert events which were likely to cause a breach of peace in the estate” the statement added.
The management therefore, reiterated their gratitude and appreciation to the task force with assurances of holding them in high esteem for the remarkable gesture.
The estate management, while wishing the task force sustainable efforts of bailing out predicaments of the less privileged, prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the Governor of Kano State Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and the chairman of the Taskforce at large their heart desires till eternity.
Recall that the Kano state government appointed Baffa Danagundi as Chairman of the committee over the legal structure erected in the state.
Danagundi led a team to demolish structures as Filin Tijjaniyya and land belonging to the Kano Emirate.
