Kano govt cautions against buying varsity land from encroachers
AREWA AGENDA – The Kano State Government has cautioned members of the public to be wary of land grabbers who encroach on Bayero university property at Rimin-Zakara and sell to people.
Bappa Dan-Agundi, Chairman Task Force on illegal structures, gave the warning on Friday while briefing newsmen on land being forcefully taken over by land speculators in the area.
He expressed disappointment that people could be emboldened to invade portions of land belonging to the university and sell them to people.
