Jigawa State Government to Sets up Committee to Address Workers’ Complaints
Jigawa State Government has set up a committee to looks into the complaints of the unverified workers in the state.

A statement by the Public Relations Officer, Office of the Head of the Civil Service Ismaila Ibrahim Dutse, states that the exercise is not aimed at downsizing the workforce or witch-hunting any civil servants but rather at maintaining an up-to-date payroll system.
It further elaborates that the current administration has no intention of terminating any workers. Instead, it has hired more workers and taken significant steps to convert J-Teach and J-Health workers into permanent and pensionable positions, along with filling other vacancies in the service.
