CISLAC Lauds Reps for Dropping CSOs’ Regulation Bill
AREWA AGENDA- The Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) has commended the House of Representatives for heeding the voice of the masses by dropping the controversial Civil Society Regulatory Commission (Establishment) Bill, 2020.

The Executive Director of CISLAC, Auwal Musa Rafsanjani, in a statement on Sunday, also commended Hon. Tajudeen Abbas who sponsored the bill for his role in the development.
Rafsanjani said the action of the lawmakers showed that the members of the house had listening ears and were ready to consider the developmental impact of their decisions on the masses.
