President Tinubu’s Senior Special Assistant on Administration and Office Coordination (Office of the Vice President), Dr. Usman Mohammed Shettima, has extended his congratulations to Gov. Babagana Umara Zulum on his 55th birthday.
Dr. Shettima remarked, “One thing you cannot take away from my mentor is his commitment to serving Borno State and transforming the leadership narrative despite numerous challenges.
“I pray to Almighty Allah to grant him a long, prosperous, and fulfilling life.”
