Association of Hausa Singers Condemns Rarara’s Verbal Attacks on Former President, Buhari
Association of Hausa Musicians, under the umbrella of ”One Voice Hausa Musicians” has condemned a Verbal Attack on Former President Muhammadu Buhari by his Hausa Chief Musician, Dauda Kahuta Rarara
The association at a press conference in Kano on Tuesday, asked for Forgiveness from the Former President.
Dauda Kahuta Rarara a Chief Hausa Musician of the Former President, had in a widely circulated Clips, verbally attacked Buhari, describing his government as total failure which plunged Nigeria and Nigerians into Socio-Economic woes.
In the Clips, Dauda Kahuta Rarara, said, “three months of President Ahmad Bola Tinubu Government was per better than the whole of former president Buhari eight years, because he has nothing to show that he has done for the Country”.

However, joined the array of attacks on Rarara on what many described as a blatant lies and an open betrayal of thrust and confidence, the One Voice Association, said while speaking to Newsmen, Tuesday in Kano, that Dauda Kahuta Rarara was on his own they are not party to his dismayed sentiments.
The Chairman of the One Voice Association, and also a Hausa Musician, Ali Jitta, note that they in their jobs of Music they respect elders and anybody that not only comes from the North but served the Country.
He said it is not on their traditions, value and moral upbringings to attacked Leaders who have served the Country diligently, adding, “no matter what, President Buhari has done his best for the Country and like every human beings he has his shortcomings”.
The Vice Chairman of the association, Ado Isa Gwanja, said they are planning to visit Buhari in Daura to asked for his forgiveness on what they termed baseless outburst of Dauda Kahuta Rarara against him.
“And we are here by disassociating ourselves from whatever Rarara said against Buhari is never in our habits and does not form the kind of people’s we, because we very respectful of our Leaders and any other person that deserves respect”.
The spokesperson of the Association, Muhammad Birniwa appealed to Nigerians not to see them the way of Dauda Kahuta Rarara, because what he did does not represent their views, emotion and values.
