AREWA AGENDA – The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Abubakar Rimi Television Chapel has conveyed a New Year well wishes message to the entire members and media professionals in Kano State and tasked stakeholders to continue partnering with media professionals coming 2023 general election.

This was contained in a NEW YEAR MESSAGE jointly signed by the Chairman of the chapel, Comrade Abubakar Shehu Kwaru and his Secretary, Ali Sidi Sharifai, who thanked God for sparing them alive to witness another prosperous year.
The statement said, “As Kano state prepares for 2023 governorship election, the leadership charged political class, INEC and Security agencies to see media professionals as partners in growing the nation’s Democracy and should always carry the media along in the electoral processes.”
The Union also enjoins political gladiators to maintain decorum ahead of the 2023 gubernatorial election in the state.
They later prayed for Almighty God to continue to guide and guard Journalists as well as their family members to witness many more years of good health and abundant blessings.
